Neudert – Dosing unit for trickling product

A duplex plate dosing is shown, in which trickling media can be dosed from two funnels. A quantity of powder defined by adjusting the discs is portioned per work cycle. Plates rotate under the funnels and release a certain volume for the required amount into which the product falls. By turning the disks further, the product can then fall further to the next processing step, be it in a packaging machine, in a mixing plant or for other applications.
